Meet Alicia
The Woman Behind The Lotus Lair Co.
Alicia is the founder of The Lotus Lair Co. and a meditation teacher with a natural love for teaching, coaching, and helping people find their way back to what feels clear and manageable.
Her relationship with meditation did not begin with complicated practices or trying to master stillness. It began with the basics.
Breathing. Awareness. Learning how to sit with herself. Understanding the chakras. Paying attention to what was happening in her body, thoughts, emotions, and energy.
As Alicia learned the foundations of meditation, something finally clicked.
Meditation did not have to mean completely clearing the mind, sitting perfectly still, or escaping everyday life. It could simply be a practice of noticing, breathing, reconnecting, and returning to yourself.
That simplicity changed the way she approached wellness.
Coming back to yourself can be much simpler than we make it. Sometimes you only have to give yourself permission to stop, notice, and listen.
That understanding became part of the foundation of The Lotus Lair.
Today, Alicia teaches meditation in the same approachable way she learned to understand it: start with the basics, remove the pressure, and build from there.
Her work explores foundational meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, chakra practices, guided meditation, restorative living, intentional rituals, and the everyday choices that can help us feel more connected to our lives.
Her Approach
Teach the why. Make the practice understandable.
Alicia believes a good teacher does more than tell someone what to do.
She explains the why, makes the practice understandable, and gives people enough space to discover what works for them.
That is the role she naturally steps into: teacher, coach, and guide.
Whether she is explaining the seven chakras, introducing someone to meditation for the first time, guiding a reset, or sharing ways to bring more intention into everyday life, her goal is the same:
Make wellness easier to understand and easier to actually live.
The Lotus Lair Philosophy
We do not need the same thing every day.
Sometimes we need to Restore through rest, nourishment, comfort, and release.
Sometimes we need to Recenter through meditation, mindfulness, reflection, and clarity.
And sometimes we need to Rejuvenate through movement, beauty, creativity, curiosity, joy, and fresh energy.
The Lotus Lair gives Alicia a place to teach all three.
Not just how to recover from difficult days, but how to become more present for the good ones too.
Restore
Rest, nourishment, comfort, and release.
Recenter
Meditation, mindfulness, reflection, and clarity.
Rejuvenate
Movement, beauty, creativity, curiosity, joy, and fresh energy.
My Mission
My mission is to teach, guide, and support women as they come back to themselves through meditation, restorative living, and simple everyday practices that bring more peace, clarity, and life to the way they live.
Meditation showed me how simple that return can be when we stop putting so much pressure on ourselves and begin with the basics.
Through meditation, mindful living, and restorative practices, I want to make wellness easier to understand and easier to bring into real life—not as another thing to get right, but as a way to know yourself, care for yourself, and feel more present in the life you are living.
Teaching, coaching, and guiding is not just part of my work. It is part of who I am.
Restorative living for a life that feels good to live.
Restore. Recenter. Rejuvenate.
Come Back to Yourself.
