Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non refundable.

This includes journals, workbooks, guides, printable wall art, affirmation cards, planners, courses, and digital bundles.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products

Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect physical items.

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos if applicable

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer error
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Used or opened products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled.

Physical orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not started.
