Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes journals, workbooks, guides, planners, affirmation cards, printable wall art, courses, and digital bundles.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

Physical Products

Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos if applicable

Approved requests may qualify for:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer error
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Used or opened products
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items

Order Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled.

Physical orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not started.
