Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase and do not require shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if applicable.
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
